1. 1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through shivuk-bracha.com, operated by Shivuk Bracha with registered office in Warsaw, Poland. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. 2. Products
All products sold are wholesale kosher meat certified under recognized kosher supervision (Chalak and Glatt). Product descriptions, weights, and images are provided for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly. Prices are displayed in EUR; for Polish customers prices are shown in PLN using live exchange rates.
3. 3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise indicated. Prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. 4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Przelewy24. We accept bank transfers and major payment methods available through the Przelewy24 platform. Full payment is required before dispatch of goods.
5. 5. Delivery
We deliver across the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and product availability. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery zone. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
6. 6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted if goods arrive damaged, defective, or do not match your order. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. 7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly, including fresh and frozen meat products.
8. 8. Liability
Shivuk Bracha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
